About Marrella & Co.

Our roots began with E.W. (Bill) and Waneita King, owners of King's Jewelers in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. "King's Jewelers was my grandparent's store," says John. "Marrella & Company carries on the tradition". John Marrella, founder of Marrella & Company and experienced jeweler of over 25 years, recalls being in his grandparents store at a very early age. As a young man he spent summers Great Grandparentswith his grandparents working in the business.

Co-owner and partner Patricia Marrella (John's mother) grew up in the industry working alongside her parents in the family business. "I remember Harry Winston coming in to do business with my parents", says Pat. "He stayed at our home overnight, and my mother cooked him dinner". Patricia's parents owned and operated King's Jewelers for over 40 years, and it is from her father that John learned the art of fine jewelry and watches. As 3rd generation jewelers, both John and Pat are very well educated in what constitutes a fine diamond, thus giving our clients a better value for less. Marrella and his mother learned the importance of dedicated customer service from their forebears. "That's what it's all about," says John.

Marrella & Company was founded in 2001 on the premise of surpassing your expectations with premium customer service, unique products and exceptional values. The elegant Woodward Avenue shop, located just one block south of 14 mile on the west side, showcases a variety of cutting edge and sophisticated pieces, fine art and elegant crystal, both reasonable and expensive.

The next time you find yourself perusing down Woodward Avenue looking for something wonderful, or simply just a friendly conversation, please keep Marrella and Company Fine Jewels in your thoughts. We take pride in our exceptional service, in hopes that our visitors will long to return again and again.
